-What if my selection is no longer available?
Most of our designs are limited editions, but we strive to offer fabrics of similar quality and fashion. We will gladly discuss your preferences and help you to select another item of equal quality.

-Do you offer monogramming on the Angel Blankets?
No, we are unable to offer monogramming. We do offer the ability to Personalize a Dedication and name an Angel Blanket for that special someone (via an enclosed gift card). You may also include your own inspirational quote or verse (up to 200 characters - about 25 words) to create a very personal and meaningful gift.

-How do I order a personalized dedication?
Click on the Personalize a Dedication tab to review this feature. If you have any questions throughout the ordering process, please contact us via email or at 1.586.783.5806. A company representative may contact you to confirm your order request before processing.

-Is there additional cost for a personalized order?
Currently we are offering the personalized dedication option at no charge through the Just Because™ Originals website. Due to the additional time required for personalization, we ask that you allow 2 weeks for order processing.

-Do you offer gift wrapping?
No. However, each Angel Blanket is beautifully packaged in a sheer, organdy keepsake gift bag. All companion items and blankets are gently wrapped in tissue paper prior to shipping.

-Do you accept telephone orders?
Our preferred ordering method is through the Just Because™ Originals Website in order to track each order and confirm your order preferences, especially if personalization is desired. However, if you prefer to order via telephone, we will be happy to assist you.

-What if I want to support another charitable organization?
We have purposely selected charitable organizations that go above and beyond in providing hope, support, and care to women, children and their families in times of greatest need. Our goal is to forge long-term partnerships and in order to provide the greatest value, we have committed our 2007 support to these select organizations. We review partnerships annually and with your support, hope to broaden our selections in the future.

-What is the amount of donation for each blanket purchased?
What makes Just Because Originals unique is our commitment to make a donation on behalf of each and every sale. This is not a one-time event or limited-promotion. Continuous giving is part of our corporate mission. While varying slightly by item and distribution channel, the average donation is approximately 25% of the net proceeds for each Angel Blanket.

-Is Just Because™ Originals a non-profit organization? Just Because Originals, LLC is a for-profit company that was founded around a charity-inspired mission. We are committed to working with our non-profit partners to give back to the community through the memory and inspiration of others.

-What if I need to return/exchange an item?
We expect that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, but we will accept returns within 45 days of original purchase date. Please call for a return authorization number, which you must obtain to process your return. If you would like to exchange for another Just Because™ Original we will be happy to assist you.
